Gangor is a 2010 multilingual independent drama film directed by Italian filmmaker Italo Spinelli. It’s a co-production between Italy and India, adapted from the Bengali short story "Choli Ke Peeche" (Behind the Bodice) by the renowned writer and activist Mahasweta Devi. Priyanka Bose, in her debut lead role, stars as the titular character Gangor, a tribal woman in rural West Bengal.
