A (ismertebb nevén a Kenguru verseny) a világ egyik legnépszerűbb matematikaversenye, amely minden évben több mint 80 országban, több millió tanulót mozgat meg, köztük Magyarországon is. A verseny célja nem a hagyományos, lexikális tudáson alapuló számonkérés, hanem a matematika népszerűsítése , a logikus gondolkodás fejlesztése és a sikerélmény biztosítása a diákok számára. A verseny mottója: „Legyen a matematika mindenkié!”.
