Based on the remarkable true story of Efraim Diveroli and David Packouz, War Dogs follows two twenty-somethings from Miami who exploit a little-known government initiative during the Iraq War. The program allowed small businesses to bid on US military contracts. What started as minor deals quickly snowballed into a massive $300 million contract to arm the Afghan military, a deal that forced them into business with highly shady characters and foreign governments.
